Does anyone work with,live around, related to any of these people that you know are just full of it? I have a guy out here with a 350 .030 over (355) in an S-10 with a home port job on stock heads that runs 225mph in the 1/4 and outran cops from Houston to Conroe. THEN he says he built his brothers chevelle and it was neck and neck with his S-10 but he lives in Dallas. The conversation that followed:
Him: yeah I haven't seen my brother in 15yrs, he lives up there around dwf.
Me: I live in fort worth, where is dwf?
Him: you know that big *** place where the plaines fly in and out.
Me: you mean DFW airport?
Him: leave me alone man I'm anemic. I get letters mixed up.
Me: eat more red meat and it'll help you out. Watch out cuz dyslexia(spelling?) might be a side effect.
Am I alone or do y'all have people like this in your world?

Some just like to BS. A buddy of mine tells people my SS has somewhere between 700 and 1,000HP but it's only 430. I don't know why he does that. At a bar you know he's talking BS if his lips are moving.

Took the wife's car for an inspection and made the mistake of mentioning I like cars. The goddamn "tech" wouldn't shut up about his 80's Dodge Ram with a 426 Hemi that had an 8-71 blower and open headers. That ************ was so badass he can't even drive it on the street so he leaves it at his ranch and just takes it mudding.

Trust me, your not alone. I remember when I had just got my WS6, a guy I went to college with and was a Ford guy came up to me to ask me about it. The conversation went something like this:

Him: Heard you got a Trans Am.
Me: Yup, last weekend.
Him: Is it a "Ram Air"?
Me: Yeah it's a WS6.
Him: So it's not a "Ram Air"?
Me: Uh, it's a WS6????
