Would never buy another product from Chance I am very dissatisfied with the customer service i received from Neal Chance. I ordered a stall from them back in feb and now when i tried to line up the stall to flex plate it wouldn't line up. So i called Marty and went round and round with him as far as what he could do for me. At first he said i had to buy a different flex plate. Than shortly after he said if i shipped the flex plate and stall back than he would modify the flex plate so that the stall would work. I told him i would not ship it and eat up the cost of shipping. I NEVER once told him that i thought their products sucked or anything but he continued to brag about setting records blah blah blah. I told him his customer service sucked as he was just trying sell a stall and not help after the fact. So if you are deciding on a stall between Yank and Neal Chance go with Yank. Their customer service is so much better and you dont need an aftermarket flex plate.

Yes chance is a joke even tho they make bad *** products they dont care bout the customers after they take ur money.....same with on3 performance....dont get me started on them or else it would b a few threads long lmfao

They were a diff company severall years ago...they have horrible customer service and dig out your pockets everytime they get a 'chance'. No more taking chances with Chance here....PTC all the way.
