saikoumichi makes a good dual can, I've used that on my last 2 cars and it has worked great... elite engineering makes a nice can but the only thing I don't like about it is that it does not have a valve at the bottom to drain, you have to unscrew the bottom half of the can to dump the old oil out... however since you can open that can up you can thouroughly clean it... rx seems to make a nice one too

Those last two recommended seem nice, but spending a little over $150 for a catch can seems a bit extreme. I'm with the OP on this one, I've been looking into purchasing one for my car as well and want some feedback on a nice affordable one.

revxtreme here.

believe it or not, the design of the can actually matters. at the time I got mine, revxtreme and saikoumichi were the best.

i suggest you read up on this in the external engine section.

I have always bought the Norris Motorsports catch can and never had a problem out of them. I think the last time I bought one from Vengeance it was $100.

exactly, if you want a can that actually works then be prepared to spend around $120-$150 for a good one

Some of the cheaper stuff looks nice in some cases but they don't work as good. I also read through the external section before finally deciding on the revxtreme one.

I personally run the Elite Engineering Catch Can in my 2003 z06. I have been really pleased with how well it works. It always has a small accumulation in the can on every oil change. The EE one is also the screw off cup style. I believe I got mine for like around 130-140ish

Why not just route the hose back into the TB like the factory does?

Routing the hose into the throttle body is not a good idea. Research Time!!
