BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST
I brought my car to Dan 3months ago to install a turbo and hers what happened; MY turbo is touching water pump, intercooler pipes where run under radiator support (i told him 5xs not to do this) but he adjusted shocks all the way up to give illusion of ground clearance when the were set properly it ripped pipes off putting it in trailer ,broke my a/c, butchered my console putting shifter in,no brakes due to vacuum leaks,my tach fell off
, no reverse light and he supposedly lost some off my stock parts. his response to my problems "its no big deal" yet i had to bring my car somewhere else to fix it(it is still in shop and has cost $2500 more SO FAR). these are the pre tune probles god only knows what else is wrong. I will keep my fellow racers informed and if anyone wants picks just let
me know. I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE POSTED THIS BEFORE I SPENT OVER $14,000.00 AT POORE PREFORMANCE HE IS A SNAKE OIL SALESMAN (lies,LIES<LIES is all he speaks)

Damn that sucks to hear all the **** that’s happened! Post up some pics of the work he's done to your car. Who did you take the car to now to fix the car?

Also did you give the guy a second chance to fix any of the stuff or just say the hell with him and took it somewhere else?? I know people on here will ask so I will do it first.

Location of shop would be nice too if your going to try and warn people.

damm that is a horror story! I'd drive my car halfway across country to find a good pro LSX builder. I've noticed some shops can be mainly about imports / ricers / trucks / etc..... but there are some excellent LSX builders that have tons of references and builds. I guess I'm lucky in Houston area.

Default moorepreformancetexas rippoff and conartist

i posted 2 weeks ago about Dan screwing my car up here is an update.
the whole turbo must be remounted at a cost of $3200. i spent $1600 already to move intercooler up four inches and rerouting the pipes that were hanging below the radiator . He also used a rubber hose for the hot oil line to the turbo which would have melted and burned my car to the ground . the intake had to be removed to fix the vacuum leak. i contacted Dan about getting some money back and he gave me his usual bullshit excuses. im saving up for the rest of repairs i will keep everyone updated. PLEASE DONT LET THIS SHOP(moore performance Texas) DESTROY YOUR DREAMS LIKE HE MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
if anyone would like pics of the mess Dan made let me know

I will post picks later sorry I was out of town. He is in Longview Texas. No I didn't give him a second chance because he had my friends motor for a year and we went to get it after my problems and here is what happened . We went there and Dan left before we got there. Some guy was filing my friends rings. We demanded his stuff back($5000) of parts. Dan was too much of a pu--y to meet us.i took us 2 hours to find his parts which Dan lost all kinds of his new parts.the new engine builder discovered the ring gaps were filed wrong .Madman is fixing mine

Let me simplify . Turbo is touching water pump pulley , intercooler pipes had less than one inch of ground clearance, a/c broke, no catch can , no brakes or reverse lights , tach fell off and no reverse lights
