Does anyone know the story on this kid? He rolls around giving other sports cars/muscle cars the "thumbs down". The car is black with stock wheels (large spoke), maybe a cam. I've seen him three times and every time he does this. He can't be but maybe 20 years old. He also almost crashed into a car in the rain trying to pass my brother with his kids in the car. I just don't get people like that. I'm wondering if it's even his car.

I put some busses on a douche in a orange and plasti dip wheels 5th gen on 225 the other day. got off at center st. prolly a deer park guy.
