Finally back in a ls car. Sold 2000 SS that was modded listed below in 2012. Just purchased a 2006 gto barzen orange auto. Has a cam, suspension, rims, pulley etc.

any one else in fort hood area with a gto. Looking to trade suspension parts for stock it has lovells suspension and it's too low for my liking

Welcome to the hood. I haven't seen to many gtos on post. Quite a few vettes though. I am finally leaving this place this week. Been here since 2011 FML. There is some nice driving if you go out the back airfield gate "watch out for cattle" and some of the other side roads south of killeen.

I live in Killeen, but don't have a car right now....trade my CTS-V for a truck a few months back. I see a lot of folks at the Lions Club park on Fridays when I go jogging there, but I never go talk to anyone.

Killeen is a **** hole. If you like stretched, and chromed out Busas and 86 caprices with 28 inch wheels you would love that town. The car/bike scene is a joke.

Pretty much agree...that's why I never wander over and talk to anyone at that park when they all come rolling in. I do see a few LS powered cars there, but not enough to pique my interest
