Default PIT BULL PUPPIES (whats your choice of food) PICS

Tank is 11 weeks old now. I have been feeding him PURINA puppy chow and I'm on the fence as far as weather I'm feeding him with a dog food or not.
He is healthy and I wanna see him grow healthy as well not to fast, in fear of his potential joint issues.

Purina is decent. I breed English Bulldogs and I feed them blue buffalo as a first choice and science diet as a second choice. Currently I have my two adult dogs and a pup from the last litter that we kept on science diet puppy as it is easier to feed them all puppy food rather than try and keep the pup out of the adult food.

Easiest thing to do is look at the first 3 ingredients on the bag. You want them to be real proteins and not "meal" or "bone meal".

Been raising these dogs for over 20 years now. There are lots of good foods out there. A few I would recommend.

Purina Pro Plan
TASTE of THE WILD
Bil Jack
Blue Buffalo Wilderness.

It really depends of the dogs genetics and to what ingredients you would look for.

Here is a photo of my newest puppy.

My two LOVE taste of the wild. They have been on it for several years and each feeding is like a frenzy. It's grain free which is good for the dogs digestion and several are 32% protein which is good for a growing puppy or a very active big dog.

Victor dog food is what I have been giving my boy. I tried that blue buffalo **** and it would wreck his guts.

vets that ive talked to all around DFW advised me to avoid blue buffalo. I believe they were saying that they've been seeing it lead to renal issues.

My wife & I rescued a ~2 year old female American Staffordshire terrier from smith county / tyler, tx that was going to be euthanized. we have since spayed her. does anyone know of anyone looking for an AST or a matching organization? Im not giving the dog away by any means but our intention wasn't to keep this dog but to rescue her from euthanasia and find her a new, permanent home.

And didn't they have on the news that Purina Beniful was linked to dog deaths? Something about the stomach or intestines. We quit feeding our dogs Purina. I had 2 Texas Blue Lacys die within about 18 months due to intestinal or stomach problems. We feed our dogs Pedigree now with no issues. Tried a couple others but didn't sit well with them.

We feed our Doberman, and our Rat Terrorist the 4 health from Tractor Supply. They both have digestion issues and this seems to be the easiest on them. Also they stay fat and happy with tons of energy.

basically...blue male is about 90%gotti and 10%razors edge.

Dax is a well known dog who recently passed away.
So basically Dax is his pedigree... which is family tree for dogs (easiest way to explain it)

this is Dax! he was a beast!
