Default Heads/cam install shops

Well its getting closer to that time to take the car in to add the fun stuff. I've been looking at 21CMC, LG Motorsports, or AMP. Any feedback on any of these shops would be great. Like quality of work, customer service, and tuning. Looking at after the new year or may thanks

Those are all capable shops.. Depending on location, you also have True Street Motorsports in McKinney, Quality Motorsports over in Lewisville.

The BEST tuner in DFW... Prolly in the state..?? Come on man.! That's a pretty broad statement... What exactly do you base that on? I'd love to have you elaborate. What was wrong with Matt @ 21st? You compared the two... so I am assuming that you have used both.
"Bang for buck"?? What exactly does that mean? So Sam is doing initial tune and then someone else is going to tune...? That doesn't even make any sense.. ?

Sore spot...? Not at all.... I am very confident in my engine builder and tune.
The OP came in inquiring about local tuners. I weighed in on who I use and that the others mentioned were good as well. chrisLT1 made a broad statement that I asked for him to expand on? Do you have something constructive to add? Or are you gonna cheerlead from the sidelines?

I have seen some awesome tunes that sam has done on some really complicated builds I have used sam several times and have always left happy so really its just my opinion but if you ask around others will tell you that over at AMP Sam is the best around sorry if I offend the other "tuners" but im sticking with what I know I had tried to use others but Sam always has to clean it up

What's wrong with Matt at 21st? They/He? did heads cam on his car and it only gained 15hp and can't tell him why.

It's widely known Sam builds and tunes very high power cars, and I doubt he has ever done heads cam on a car and it only gained 15hp, if it did I bet he had a good reason and offered a solution. I have noticed people get their feelings hurt by him though. I have known him for 16 years and he's never hurt mine.

Sam just recently tuned my SS and have no issues.
Daniel @ Simple Quick Racing tuned and installed my heads/cam formula over 10 years ago with no issues to date.

Keep trying, he stays very busy and if you keep trying he will eventually answer. Maybe send a message on FB. I always call.

I called the shop and talked to Surge to get a price for heads/cam/stall install. He told me to email Bryan so I did. I'm waiting to hear back but I know they're busy. Surge told me that they were moving into another shop.
