Default ? about ls7 motor?

Im confused. I know its a 427 but is it already modded. Does it have longtubes and pulley and ported tb and **** like that??????????? I saw a stock one made 440 rwhp straight of off the lot. Can these things be modded or no?

As soon as LS7 edit comes out you will see more of these things modded. They have a stock style TB, manifolds, cats, and regular pully. Theres always room for improvement with no matter what it is.

They don't come "modded out" from the factory. Just because they make a lot of power stock, doesn't mean they're "modded." Take a Z06 compared to a normal C5, the Z06 makes more power, yet it's not "modded" as you put it. Head and cylider design, cam profile, higher flowing exhaust/manifolds, bigger TB, etc. all add up to more power. GM put a lot of R&D into this car, with the cam, heads, etc. to get as much power out of the car as possible, while still being streetable, smooth idling, etc.

Yes, I'm sure they can be modded once mods are on the market for them. I'm not sure if they normal C6 parts will fit. I know they don't have a LS7 Edit out yet.

theres one with a stock dyno, and with headers. These cars will make 500rw without ever opening up the motor.
