TT RX7 in College Station...
I ran a green RX7 TT last night. We stopped next to each other at the Univ. exit off 6 and went over the overpass and down university, we were just messing around and didn't catch a light until Texas, so I asked if he wanted to run so we went out to 47 for a couple of runs. First one was from about 30-100 and it wasn't close but I don't think he started in the right gear, the next one was from 60-110 and it was close at first but once I hit 4th I got him by 3-4 car lengths. All I have is a catback and I think that's all he had too. I thought it would be a lot closer but I guess not.
Anyways, it's only my second real race in this car since I got it so I was pretty stoked. But I don't hear much about anybody racing around College Station, just wondering if anybody does. Other than the meet at sonic on friday nights, I didn't know if anybody did much else.

I haven't seen many rx7's around here, but plenty of z's and T/A's. Came across a dropped 90's single cab silverado filling up at Sam's Club off 6 today. It had a blue and orange custom paint job with custom taillights. He said it puts 500 to the rear. I was doubtful, but he pulled out onto the feeder and spun the tires for about 1/8 mile; I was impressed. Anyone know anything about the truck?
