I saw a glimpse of the news on channel 11 at 24hr fitness this morning but the sound was not on. It showed a clip of the race track at HMP with the words deadly accident at N. lake houston. Any one know what happened. Did it involve HMP

It happened on Saturday at the MLK shoot out.... I was there and it was a very sad and tragic event.

Thats terrible news. I remember watching that truck several times, always amazed at how quick it ran. Edmond seemed like a popular guy at those races, always had a smile on his face.

The track went to **** after a car drug sand all the way down. The truck was the 3rd car in a row to crash.

Dont get me started on what really happened after he hit the wall.

There are different reasons flying around Im not too sure which one is true.
The weird part is my boyfriend was just talking to Edmond in the staging lanes 15 minutes before he made that last pass. You just never know. Edmond, his family, friends, and fellow racers are in my thoughts and prayers.
