Default Ls1 Tech Slow???

Out of all the websites I go to LS1tech seems to be very slow compared to the rest. Does anyone else have this problem?

Acts the same way for me. I have a pretty fast connection and every site loads fast except this one. Not sure why

Same here ..... I got a good connection and everything loads almost instantaneously except LS1tech. I even once in a while get a session timed out or "sorry we are experiencing databse problems". I have just got used to it, multitasking while on this site. Look at other things while pages load.

Guys, it is a software limitation. Most sites delete all their old posts beyond a set date, we choose to keep all the technical posts since day 1. We are working on it, Brian just got a new server yesterday to do some tests with.

So, no bitching unless you are paying a membership fee or something

You probably have a setting that is eliminating ad banners. Some browsers have this option.

Strini, did you get some air booty or something?

I wasn't bitching at all. I was always curious why this site took a little longer to load but that makes sense. Plus I would rather it be a little slower but still be able to search all the old posts

I had a good feeling it was the PostgreSQL tables. Saw the same thing happen on a Tandy 1000 I used to have.
