Default Cracked 11's at HRP

Well I finally made it to the track...it kinda sucked cuz we got there around 8:30 and only got to make 2 passes. It's been over a year since I've been to the track so I figure on a less busy night I could do better. Results are:

R/T .308
60' 1.724
330 4.942
1/8 7.617
MPH 91.93
1000 9.952
1/4 11.931
MPH 113.52

Mods:
Vig3200
HPE S cam
HPE Stage 3 5.3L heads
Lid/Filter
TSP Rumbler X with bullets
Jet hot longtubes
ported TB
ASP pulley
MT street radials
weight is about 3650 with me in it.

I was kinda disappointed with the results - I ran 12.3's at 109 with bolt ons (100 rwhp ago). I was happy to get an 11 sec slip though. I couldn't get my 60' down, the track was hooking good, I just couldn't seem to get the launch hard enough. I've pulled 1.69's before the heads/cam on nittos - gotta be able to beat that. Might need a bigger stall with this S cam.

One high point was this guy in a nice black C5 Z06 let a car go around him so he could race me instead of this old suburban...finally got to put the hurt on a z06 Didn't get to talk much cuz I was ready to haul outta there, but cool guy, and nice car if you're on here.

So what do I do to get the 11 second club?

Thats a good time, get your 60ft down and you will be turning 11.6s

Seems like it should be a little faster with heads.

3200 is more a bolt on converter than anything. Ideal converter for an S cam would be more like 4400-4800. That and getting your 60's down a little would drop your et significantly.
