+1 on the Autozone recommendation. I got my replacement there and it works fine.

what he said, +2 Autzone, Siemens makes a good replacement unit, took me about 45 minutes, get a decent sized C-clamp to hold up the window and heres a good how-to for drilling the fiberglass panel for rivet access, etc http://shbox.com/page/windowmotor.html
