The Showboat Drive-In Theater *Grand Opening* I know alot of people have heard about the new drive-in theatre being built just northwest of Houston. I figured that you guys would be interested in knowing when it will be opening.
I'm glad to announce that the Grand Opening of The Showboat Drive-In Theater is Tomorrow, Friday, March 31st, 2006.
The general schedule for movies is as follows:
Sunday thru Thursday - Feature presentation, then non-new release feature
Friday/Saturday - Feature presentation, non-new release feature, then the feature presentation again.
The feature presentation will be Ice Age 2, and showtime will be at dark. The second presentation is Aquamarine.
There is only room for 400 cars up front where the screen is, and I do not know if there will be additional room available (grassy area) as we've gotten some rain this week... so come early!
All are welcome, for only $5 per person, you're guaranteed to get 2 movies and a cartoon!
There is a fully equipped concessions building with hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos, popcorn, candy, cokes, etc.

and is located approximately 7 miles northeast of Hockley, between Tomball and Waller.
Proceeding the grand opening, the theater will be open 7 days a week for business.
