Default Clutch woes

OK so I put my clutch pedal to the floor, car in 1st gear, and the car still goes forward. Its really hard to put it into 1st and reverse. This sound like my slave or master going out? Car only has 18k miles on it.

So its just hard to put it in 1st and reverse from neutral? It could be a problem with your slave but I would doubt it with only 18K on the car unless you've been giving it unholy hell nonstop!
Its pretty universal for the t-56's to have a slight problem from time to time going into those 2 gears. i've 2 6-speed ls1's and both have had that same minor problem of not wanting to go into 1st and reverse but they will after a quick retry

When my slave went out it did the same thing that is happening to bluestreak. My car only had 30k on it at the time.

In order to manage risk we must first understand risk.
How do you spot risk? How do you avoid risk and what makes it so risky?

Try having it bled first, if that doesn't fix it, then it's probably the slave. The same thing happened on the Z, and bleeding it fixed everything... for a little while at least.
