I'm running PowerSlot rotors (no holes in the rotor, just slots) and Hawk HPS pads. Never had an issue with them and I've been running them for a good while now. Probably time for new pads now that I think about it.

It's nice not having warped rotors anymore.

for almost the same price you can get brembo blanks, and hawk hps pads, you can go to summit and get the SSBC rotor/hawk pad kit for around 340.00 then you got an extra 100.00 to spend on some stainless steel brake lines....

just a thought... ill be getting teh SSBC kit next week

brembo rotors and hawk pads is what I would recomend. Along with some good brake fluid (a full system flush) and youll be fine. You can skip the stainless brake lines.

so you cant notice a difference in ss lines over stock? why is it that you prefer brembo blanks over ssbc's slotted rotors?

You stock lines are stainless to begin with. Most of the difference noticed in the pedal after the lines is becuase of the fact that you bled the system and it now has fresh fluid.

Brembo's are heavier rotors, they have more mass...more mass that the heat can dissipate into.

Yes you can....But theres a special tool that most machine shops use to turn some flywheels that they can be turned on....Ive personally watched Kim Smith Racecraft turn a set.
