Default 02 sims?

Hello, just got my first vette and I'm trying to install some long tubes and Offroad X. Is it possible to tune out the rear o2's with a handheld programmer and if so does anybody in the metroplex have one willing to help? If tuning them out is not possible, does anybody know where I can order rear sims?

Thanks.

Yes they can be turned off.
Just turn them off via any good programming software, HP Tuners, EFI Live, LS-1 Edit, etc...

If you don't want to spend the couple hundred dollars getting her tuned, buy the sims. They are only $50 and not too bad to install.

Good luck and congrats on your new car brother!!

A good shop should be able to take care of the codes for ~60 bucks, thats what TSP charged me.

hey man go over to keith kraft in plano. if they dont have them there they will give you directions to g2 over in sachse and they will definetly have some over there. after i installed my o2 sims i brought my car back to keith kraft and cleared the codes for me with their programmer free of charge. if i remember right i paid $50 for mine and put them on in the parking lot

keith kraft is off of plano parkway and plano road (avenue k) its a street just to the west of avenue K on plano parkway called j place. go like 300 feet down j place and youll see keith kraft on the left

btw when did you get a vette?

EDIT: Just called Keith Craft he told me it's going to be $75 to tune out the rear o2's. Seems you can't find the sims anywhere!!
