Default oil for summer?

do you guys still run like castrol 0-30 in the summer? i'm wondering if it would be a good idea to run like a 10-40 weight. the car is a DD so it will see 100+ daily during the summer months.

im running 20-50 right now. Was burning too much oil (synthetic) in the new engine. SO i went to 20-50. I also waited 6k miles before the synthetic change, but wow did it burn oil up quick. I know its the seals. Thats why i went to the heavy weight!

just stick with 5w-30 you will be fine, if it makes you feel better just get a friction reducer and use in b.w oil changes
