Texas Streetcar Shakedown/Shootout in Ennis Today.... who is going?

Wow
Well, it looked like a lot of people missed out on a great track day! I got as many runs as the car could handle in today but I was hoping to see a LOT more cars out there. As it turned out, there was probably only 40 cars out there racing. Damn pro tree and a missed gear knocked me out in the first round.

I did not stick aournd for the Ultimate runs but from what I saw of the testing, looked like the fastest was running in the 9.60's. There was only 5 cars participating in the run. I think 3-4 of them were in the 9's.

4 cars made it to the finals..... seemed like more left on the 12 mile cruise Trey had them do. Only 4 came back I guess.
-Turbo Notch Purple with $$ paint job (didnt make a clean pass, but should have won.... car had a chute and all!)
-HPP Twin Turbo Cobra ( 10.2 pass...... Manny is still trying to get in the 9's but IMO the 6-speed is killing him. Car moves on the shifts too much)
-HPP Whippled Black 03 Cobra (Ran a 10.9..... the fella needs to ease the clutch on the launch, and shift faster on the big end)
-Burgandy Formula WS6 with a 408/sheetmetal/big vertor (lifted the wheels and ran a 10.13 to take home the win and 3k cash!
