Is there anyway to slow down my blinker?

Default Is there anyway to slow down my blinker?

kind of a dumb question but my old z blinked real slow. The one I have now, blinks "regular". Anyway to slow it down?

Sure - just yank out the flashers module thingys and trade with me - I'd LOVE to have my blinkers blink "normal". (Just too cheap to spend money to replace a part that ain't broke yet...unless it makes the car faster, of course)

sounds like you have a light out somewhere. I'd check that first!

Then again maybe flasher module is just different

how slow does yours blink?

no it blinks normal... I'd like a couple secs in between blinks.

OR just fill it halfway, then it won't build as much internal pressure....a friend had his blow at 90mph..half way through the lane change..ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE.....almost lost the poor soul. ....................

I know what you mean. I love the look of a "lazy" blinker too. I used to have them on my old 70's Cadillacs, and it made the car feel just a little more laid back. I was looking for an LED web sight that I found a long time ago. It had a how-to on taking apart your flasher relay and how to adjust it to take longer to flash so the LED's would function properly, but it serve it purpose for you too. Otherwise you just need to go to the parts house and trade them flasher relays until you find one that you like.

I have VERY lazy blinkers and havent cared to find out why. Maybe one blink every 2 seconds. Its annoying to me.
