Default knocking noise when i hit the brakes?

Im at a loss of what it could be, but whenever i hit the brakes i hear a noticable knocking sound comming from the front right tire. i just had a tie rod changed, so i dunno if it was installed wrong or somethin.

any thoughts?

Thats a problem. My brother has owned 2 Ls1 camaros with 4.10s and neither whined. He is buying his 3rd ls1 this week and the 4.10's in it does not whine.
