Default Anyone wanna make some $$$? I need my clutch hydraulics bled.

I need someone to come to my apt in irving tommorow and bleed my clutch hydraulic system. If anyone can do this let me know and how much youd charge. Id prefer someone who had a mityvac or some kind of pump or something that could bleed it for me. Im not sure what the problem is but i cant get it to bleed. Also if we had to take out the master, i dont have the white ring around the connector to the slave and dont know how to get it off without it, unless someone knows.

umm have you looked at the other end? you can remove it...oblivously it has 2 ends to the line....you just need a small allen wrench or something to push out the roll pin

How long have you been bleeding it? I replaced all my hydraulics during the clutch swap it honestly took me around a hour total of bleeding time (bleeding manually). I did not bench bleed before installing the master.

**** for hours atleast and no pressure, i found there was dark fluid in the reservoir, which I know was really dirty and would cause no pressure because of the dirt in it. So i flushed the whole system out and it still wont bleed.

How do you have dirty fluid, its not a new master cylinder? I would figure out how to remove from the slave and bench bleed it out of the car. Maybe a quick disconnect tool would work.

i see you did an engine swap on this car... is the tranny an LS1 style or LT1 style? i know the slaves are different, but i assume the basic design of the master is the same.

anyways, i'm in SW dallas. if you don't mind making the drive, i can help you with the bench bleeding.
