Default Where to buy polishing wheels?

I've been searching around town like crazy trying to find a place that sells polishing wheels. I need some to use with a air die grinder. The only type of things I've seen on the shelf are the stone sets to grind stuff down. Don't they sell polishing wheels also? Where do you guys buy them? I've already tried Autozone, O'Rielly's, Wal-Mart, and even a local hardware store. Any ideas? I'd like to polish my catback over the weekend.

bought mine at my local hardware store, true value I believe. Called a buffing wheel for a bench grinder. I mount it to my 1/2 drill w/long carriage bolt and polish away. I actualy mount 2 side by side w large washers for sidewall support of the pad, if you know what I mean.

If you have a large truckstop in your area they somtimes have them. The company "Eastwood" specializes (spelling?) in buffing equipment. I think they are a sponsor ----->

If you have a Lowe's Home Improvement store in your area, they carry them in Toolworld. They also carry the compound for the buffing pads.

Try your local Sears store if you are in a hurry. They even have a kit that includes polishing compounds of different types.

Welding supply store might have some. I bought a Wizards buffing kit from the local Auto Value when I worked there.
