Craftsman Powdercoater
Anyone use this yet? It looks like a pretty neat setup for powdercoating valvecovers or intakes. Or if you have a big enough over blocks and such. I'm pretty interested in this. How bad is it if u use ur normal oven for it? I was thinkin of powdercoating my intake and valve covers then throwing it in my household oven. Then once they were done just turn the oven onto its "cleaning" mode to make sure everythings good.
Here's the think to anyone that doesnt know what it is.

I have the unit from Eastwood too, it works well. Yes, stay out of the house with this stuff! It stinks! I had the guy down at the used appliance store keep his eye out for a good used electric stove. He finally got one that looked like it never had anything in the oven...very clean! I took the top burners off and now it is my "powdercoat oven"......for $25.

the chemicals used in powder coating is poison and will kill you it does not come out of the oven go to a thrift store and buy a old one and put it in your garage for that use they are cheap that way to.
