Post a screen capture showing the ad messing up the usability.
As you may know, some ads are served based on activity from the viewer that can be tied to IP addresses, location, browsing history, etc.

Just reading this post is had 4 ads pop up I'm starting to flag them every time I get them I'm sure it's from Ls1 tech selling the rights to the company for profit oh and I'm up to 10 ads now in the time it took to write this

No, that's not what happened. Your screen capture shows you're not logged in. Those who don't log in will see more ads as well as ads placed in the thread, such as what your screen capture shows as not being logged in. The solution is to log in.

Actually you're right that he was logged in. The green online dot isn't the final indicator (it could be green even if someone is viewing using a different browser, or computer, cleared their browser cookies, etc., and thus that session may not logged in).
Anyway, no one deleted the signature and put an ad there. The signature information is still on the account but Restricted users do get their signature disabled. See attachment to see the signature is still on the account, but it's disabled for now.
Additionally, non-logged in users always see more ads (like inside threads). I'm not involved on the ad team but it's possible the Restricted Users see them by a misconfiguration. Or maybe it is part of their punishment.
