Yeah, but a scammer could sit and just let the account bake. Come back 6 months or more later...

I guess it's not perfect, but it works. I still would hesitate to deal with anyone under 100 posts.

Scammers don't usually have a master plan like that. They're looking
to make quick money. We're not talking about financial planners here.
