Default Mint 2000 Camaro SS Hdtp. Pewter 6500 miles, 10.90 1/4 mile (trades)

Year: 2000
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $25000
Mileage: 6500
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): MO
Color: Beige
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

2000 Pewter Camaro SS hardtop. Car has 6500 miles on it and is EXCELLENT condition. It has been climate controlled garage kept since I have owned it, and has never seen rain.

I am meticulous with my builds and have done several hot rods/race cars over the years. It does run 10.90's weighing 3750# in the 1/4 and drives like a nice, tight street car should. There is nothing hacked on the car, everything has been done right and the car is just as clean on the bottom as it is inside or on the top.

Everything that was unbolted from the car was epoxy primed and painted with single stage black urethane, if it isn't painted it is powdercoated. No wiring on the car has been altered from stock, anything added was 'plug and play'. No gages were added and no dash panels have been drilled, broken or removed.

Paint/Body is a 10, Interior is a 10, Mechanicals are a 10, and the Undercarriage is a 10. That is just the best way to describe the car.

I am not in a pinch to sell, the price I listed is pretty much where I am at if I am going to sell it. I am the 2nd owner, bought it from the original at 2800 miles bone stock. I have the orginal SLP option list, build sheet, and window sticker and all my invoices for parts.

    ENGINE BUILD THREAD

    https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...rate-dyno.html

The car is available with the stock wheels with NEW 295/45/17 M/T ET Street radial tires on them.

The price is 25K. I will return the car to stock to sell if it doesn't sell and part out the items listed above. Car has been 9.80 in the 1/4 mile with another D1SC LS2 engine combo at 3810 lbs. This is a NEW engine with about 10 1/4 mile runs and just under a 1000 street miles built with all NEW parts. (invoices available).

P.S. - I am not interested to hear what the loan value is on these cars it isn't stock. There is my asking price invested in the parts alone. The car is professionally built, not all cobbled up like most. Also, not interested in hearing what you sold your car for, or what Bob had in his car and sold it for, etc. etc. If someone is on the market for a car like this and they come and see this one, they will buy it if they are **** like me. It is not a Red, Black, or White belly button. It is a unique color/optioned hardtop. Dare to be different.

              314-452-6639 Serious only please.

              Sale Pending. Deposit Received.

TRADES: NEWER GM 2500HD gas or diesel nice condition, low miles.

What's the Comp Ratio on the motor? You had a D1 setup before? Looking for a car to put boost to.

Comp ratio listed above in ad. With a 72cc head and a thicker gasket you would be in boost territory with this engine. The Compstar cranks already have a keyway machined into it.

That has to be the cleanest F-Body I have ever seen. Just like you said in the description, from top to bottom. That thing is absolutely IMMACULATE. I just want to stare at those pictures all day. All I can say is wow. Amazing SS, whoever gets that car will be very lucky. GLWS.

Thanks, weekend bump. Whose got money around here?

Will trade for a nice gas or diesel GM HD2500 newer truck (higher trade value than my asking price). Something in nice condition to haul cross country with (lower miles). May consider Fords and Dodges too.

Comp ratio is 11.2:1 and I run it on 91 octane with conservative timing. I only have run it at 23.5 degrees so far. These combos seem to make the most steam at around 28. (you can see that in the log/tune in my engine build thread if you follow the link). I have nothing to hide about the car or the parts on it.

I intended to get back to the track at the end of the year and try some other things with the tune. I am certain the car will go 10.60-10.70 with a few more degrees of timing in it and in better air, those high 10 runs were in 1800' DA air. We will see negative DA's here in the late fall and early spring. I do all the WOT tuning at the track opposed to the dyno. I just ran out of time to try some different things on this one, although currently it is pretty much dialed in for 10.80/10.90 e.t.s all day long shifting on its own in drive at 6500RPM.

Sounds like you got the money, but 'half' of that stash won't buy it.

Any other questions feel free to call me. It is easier than PM's.

this was my 36k investment that makes me still wanna puke.bought it with 525rwhp n/a runnin 10.8's. i got stupid and decided to twin turbo this animal.dropped an additional 16k on top of the 15 i already bought it for.the guy really soaked the **** outta me.even though i learned a ton,he had it for 2yrs.i finally took my car back and had howard tanner at redline motorsports tune it enough to sell with confidence.sold her for 22k!!!! this dude who ownes her now added an additional 10k im sure to get it were its at now.a 7 second monster. makes me sick everytime i think about it!!!and to think the owner now gives propps to btf racing(rick) for the turbo set up?dudes a complete lying thief that knows how to weld.with all that said its just a fraction of what i went through.so to find a gentleman as yourself that has done things perfect is a blessing.to many guys on here with high performance nightmares and people that dont understand. ttyl bud
