A change of heart now, I really wanted a 6 speed car. But find myself seeing nice DSM's more and more, so I'm going after one.
The Good:
The car runs great, and shifts fine 1-3. The tires are the older style Eagle GT's 245-50-16's. Last I checked it had 8/32 on the rear and 7/32 up front. Amazing heat, and AC works as far as i know. Does not leak anything, or burn oil! New Sylvania headlights, no vibrations unless you count the famous LT1 driveshaft shake. Ttops DON'T leak!
The Bad: and I'm very picky about my cars.
It has a shift kit in it, and as best we know they failed on it so the car won't stay in OD above like 50 mph. I can manage to stay in OD most of the time, but it kicks out really easy. It drives straight, but can pull with the road a bit more than normal, I'll jack it up and check for tie rods/ball joints and update this. The paint has clear coat fade, and the hood is chipped up a bit, you could wet sand it and re clear it, but my dad does paint work so we we're going to paint it.
It's really not that bad, but like I said I'm picky and want someone to know what's what before hand. asking 3500 OBO

I'll be fixing the trans issue soon, as it only needs a valve body swap. Or I may pick up another trans and send it with the car. Any questions or need of more pics just ask.

Up again, will fix the trans and sell it for 3500 firm or as is for 3k firm. The car runs great, and drives fine. You can tell it has a shift kit, it barks the tires on the 1-2.
I should note, other little things I forgot about. The molding is peeled off the windshield on the pass side, it does NOT leak water, just air at highway speeds. and the pass mirror does not work. I have another mirror coming for it.

Front page again, no interest in this at all? price off, or just the trans scaring people away....
Just put a coat of nightshades on the tails too, I masked off the clear for the reverse lights too.

Up for the night crew, If I don't sell the car for at least 3k I'll take a loan on it and buy something else.... Torn between another GSX or a LT4 Z28.

Up top again. Should note the car has Sylvania low beams, they are a little brighter than the stock lights. Fresh oil change coming in the next week or 2, still 1k before it's due though. Car has new Optix wipers on it, and I balanced and rotated the tires where I work.
The car is solid on the underside too, no rust! It's from Cali, and only seen 2 winters now.

Up again. Found a 35R powered DSM that I want, just waiting on taxes to see what I have to play with. Can't believe not a single bite on this yet.
If the trans is scaring anyone away, the car shifts fine 1st through 3rd so it's NOT a band or anything internal. It's a failed shift kit install by the previous owner, so it needs a stock valve body put back in.

Ran across a decent deal on another DSM, if my younger brother does not by the car for his first I'd take 2800. You won't find many LT1 cars this clean for the price. If i get a chance i will get a shot of the underside, but it's clean.

A wrecked car is going for 2k, for 800 more you have a nice DD. I may go pull a 4l60E and send it with the car for 3k, trans would have a warranty on it.

Up again, car has a new opti now as well, runs like a dream. Has an exhaust leak at the Y but both Z's I jave had leakes there. 3k since I just dropped 300 in fixing it.
