Ok, so.... In response to all of the PM's i have been receiving about the car. . . .
The price is firm. The car is well worth the money.
3 dumb lights came on, found the issue, replacing the EBCM.
I'm not selling it until it's perfect like it was when I listed it.
For those who are still interested, hang tight.

Ok, so here's an update.... since the initial posting, i had some lights come on randomly and after reading the 18 page thread on here, i took it to the dealer to have it scanned. outcome was it needs a new EBCM. apparently that's $700 or so, so obviously i'm not going to be getting the 16k i initially asked. but the car does have only 16k orig miles on it. apparently this is an issue that can happen to any car at any mileage. the car still runs and drives perfectly fine. it's just the dumb lights that are on. it's just the holidays, we have 2 small kids and i dont feel like getting into it.
if anyone is still interested, please PM me.
other than the dumb lights, the car is immaculate... sorry to see it go, but it has to. looking for our first house, so.....

GOOD NEWS, EVERYONE!!!!
No More Lights! The EBCM issue is fixed and she's back to perfect!!! Pics will be taken this week and I will post a link on the thread here for you guys to view! Thanks so much for your patience =0)

For Those Interested.... I'm posting links of pictures and video walk arounds of the car.
As noted in the 1st video on YouTube, we put the stock radio back in. Apparently that is what people do when they sell cars. Lol. And also, it does have Corsa performance exhaust on it, however, i do still have the stock system, if for some odd reason you would want it.
I also have the article that designates the difference between factory LS1 and LS6 blocks. Just message me and I can email it to you.
