We've owned it since May '08 and 35K miles. It has been daily driven by my bride. Garage kept, non smoker with a clean carfax.
Only mods are Hotchkis anti-roll bars, K&N drop-in air filter, 35% Llumar window tint and rubber floor mats and trunk mat (not in picture).
A full size spare tire on a CTS-V wheel is included.

Recent maintenance:

Alignment- 92,689
Brake rotors, pads and fluid flush- 99,269
Tires (Toyo Extensa HP) 107,119
Oil (Mobil 1 EP 5w30)- 111,994

It has been a solid, reliable example only needing a motor mount and the battery replaced.
The windshield is fairly fresh and I just replaced the trunk struts.
