1997 Jeep Wrangler - 3" Lift, 33" Tires, Many Modifications!!!! FS/T for LS1
Listing my Jeep up for sale simply because I’m looking into purchasing a completely different type of vehicle. It’s a beautiful gun metal blue color only produced in the years 1997-98, the pictures don’t do it justice. Clean and clear title. It just rolled over 100k miles the other day, and since then I’ve already replaced the engine oil and the fluid in both differentials. Mechanically the Jeep is very solid. The engine runs strong, transmission shifts smooth. Matched with 4.56 gears and 33” Pro Comp Mud Terrain tires, it performs wonderfully. Great on and off-road performance. This Jeep has been maintained meticulously. Interior is in very good condition, exterior has a few minor scratches from brush off-road that could easily be buffed out. The fender flares are faded in some areas, and the rocked guards have minor minor surface rust. All of this is minor, has no affect on performance, and could easily be fixed with a can of Krylon Fusion satin black paint. The complete list of specs is listed:
Engine: 2.5L
Transmission: Auto 3-Speed
Transfer Case: HD NP231 - HD SYE
Front Axle: D30 - BDO HD Tie Rod
Rear Axle: D35 - Yukon Axle Shafts
Axle Gear Ratio: 4.56
Suspension: 3" Rusty's Suspension Lift / BDS: Disco's, Adj. Front TB, Front Lower CA's / JKS Rear Upper Adj. CA's
Tires: 33x12.5x15 Pro Comp M/T
Wheels: 15x8 Cragar Soft 8's (Black)
Armor: Fabtech front bumper, Kilby Steering Box skid, AtoZ ww2ww rockers
Accessories: Bestop Oversize Tire Carrier, Dynomax Super Turbo Catback, Hard Upper Door Sliders, GP Racing Seats
This Jeep was done right and needs nothing! It has new pads all around, newly turned drums and rotors, new calipers up front, a new catalytic converter, a newer Heavy Duty NP231 transfer case with SYE, Heavy Duty BDO Tie Rod, newer tie rod ends, and many other nice parts that make this Jeep the great vehicle it is. Any questions you have regarding maintenance, specific details, etc, I’ll be happy to answer them.
I’ve included a few pictures, but again, they don’t do the Jeep justice.
I am looking for $7,000. The only trade I would be interested in is a 1998-2002 Camaro Z28 or SS, or 1998-2002 Trans Am.
If you are interested, send me a PM and I'll get back to you ASAP.

open diffs. I didn't want to lock the D35 in back, and if I was keeping it I'd probably get a HP30 up front at the same time I add a locker.. It performs great how it is though, only a few times I wish I had a locker.

Thanks Andrew, I'm going to miss it. If I wasn't so set on an f-body I would definitely be interested in your 240.
