Header install glendale peoria az
This is an offer for local glendale/peoria az guys. I'm getting my longtubes sometime soon, within a month. Ive never put long tubes in before, and I was wondering if a few people would like to help me with the install. I dont have any air tools. I've got simple hand tools. I'll order pizza and have some beer (naturally for the over 21 crowd), for peeps wantin to help. So we can all hang out and bs and have fun puttin the headers in. Like I said it would be within a month or so.

I'd be down if i wasnt leaving for NY tuesday and deployment in 2 weeks. Harderst part of the install is going to be getting the damn coil packs off if you have all the bolts in on the passanger side

It takes about 10 min to take off the coil packs, and makes it soo much easier! What headers? Just did Pacesetters last weekend, and it was pretty easy (about 3-4 hrs on jack stands) just make sure you hit everything with WD 3-4 times.

I havent taken coil packs off before, and i guess its just the noob paranoia setting in since i havent done longtubes before. They're hooker stainless lt's. I replaced the manifolds with shorties and a larger y pipe back a few months, so taking the old stuff off shouldnt be hard

yea taking the coil packs off will give you a little more wiggle room trying to route up the long tubes. The back bolt is the only time consuming bolt to get off on the passanger side, others are easy. Back bolt will take a few diff extensions and a swivel and then from then on do not put it back in, there is no need for it and will make changing plugs easier when it comes time.
