No front plate????
How many of you guys drive around daily with no front license plates??? I've always had mine behind the billet grill and have never got **** for it but I'm thinking of switching up to a wings west grill. Just wondering if I should pull the trigger and buy one. Maybe I can put it in the corner of my front windshield let some do??? Let me know about your experiences with the cops thanks fellas

Mine's a daily driver (alot) and I have no front plate. I guess that I'll deal with it when and if I ever get pulled over for it. However, my son got a ticket for no front plate on his Formula..... and it was parked near his girl friends house. LOL ... just goes to show that you never know when they'll get ya...

I've had no front plate on all my f-bodies and only got 1 fix it ticket for it when i forgot to take my car off the street on a street sweeping day. That's in 4 years of driving. 90% of people in socal with fbodies dont have a front plate.
Even if you do get a ticket for it, it's only a 10 dollar fix it ticket. You just put on the plate with zip ties, go to the local police department, they sign it off, then just take the plate back off lol. That's what i did.

I've been driving Camaros since 1988 without front plates.
I received two tickets in the early/mid 90's by CHP who didn't clock me (but did pull me over for speeding) and could only write me up for no front plate and tinted windows.
I received one this past December, parked in front of my house. I wasn't even in the car. That "parking" ticket, which it was written as, cost $50 and was not a fix it ticket.

Never had a front plate on any of the six f bodies ive driven daily and got a fix it ticket once when I was pulled over for speeding. If you are pulled over for something else they will probably hit you for it, but they usually wont pull you over for just that unless they want a reason...

You're gonna make me ******* jinx it, aren't you?
Haven't been pulled over yet for that.
I HAVE noticed that cops in CA are different than other states. For example, I was doing 75 in a 60 in UT, and the cop was generally concerned about safety. I got a warning, no ticket. That doesn't happen in CA.
I love Utah.

I was hauling *** once back to the Salt Lake City airport and a Mustang Cop pulls me over. He asked why I didn't slow down when I saw him. I told him that I thought he was just a regular mustang, not a cop. He told me to get to the airport and leave his state
