X-Mas Gift to self.. Everyone I bet is wishing to get a great X-mas gift this year from their parents, Gf's, etc.. well in my case this year I'm getting all my presents I asked for myself =D lma0. I have a 2000 z-28 stocked camaro. I need a little bit more help from you guys out there deciding what sound system I should put on my car & I've been wanting my GMMG exhaust but sometimes I wonder is it really worth it to spend soo much=/. I will put out pictures of my car soon. Thanks! everyone

I have Pacesetter LTs and y-pipe with GMMG. Love the way it sounds. It was quiet for me when I heard GMMG with stock manifolds and y-pipe. Everyone has different tastes.

Kicker KX700.5 Amp. this plus a decent head unit and you have a hell of a good sounding system and plenty of power to push just about any mids and highs and still 400w rms for a sub.
best bang for the buck. all on one 5 channel.

with $4-500 you cant do too much. What do you want to accomplish? You can keep your factory stereo (assuming it works still) and replace speakers or keep your speakers and add a subwoofer. I dont suggest replacing speakers AND adding a sub with that budget, you will get cheap products and you wont be happy. PM if you want more detailed advise.
(Been an audio fanatic since '95. I used to compete for about 8 years and was the manager at Good Guys in car audio, as well as in sales and install.)
