Default Living in OC?

Hey there guys on the other end of the 91/405. Whats it like living in the OC? looks like I might start working that way pretty soon & I'm digging the vibe & don't really want a 22 mile commute to & from work.

I love it here. I travel all across the country for work, and have never found a place I'd rather live.

Just Stay away from Anaheim lol. I was in Santa ana and surounding areas last Saturday, was beautiful. I even played with a C6 Zo6, c6 and a blown GOAT, only exchanged revs with him lol.

I hate it here, Born and raised here. I have been to most other western states and have a house in Arizona too and I find myself more relaxed when not here. Overpriced if you ask me.

I loved living there. Its cleaner, safer, and newer than LA. Traffic isnt as bad as LA either.

That being said, yes its more expensive. I was willing it pay the extra to live there, but my wife hated it. All shopping centers have the same places (mostly chain stores/restaurants). If you can afford it, then try it for a year. Dont jump into buying a place, just in case its not for you.

I grew up in Gardena like you IT SS, been out here in the OC for a over a year. It just took me a while to get used people being nice and friendly, I'm not used to that kind of treatment. Even the areas people call the Ghettos of OC are'nt that bad, You'll probably laugh at these so called OC "Thugs" like I do.

As far as price goes, just like any other city it depends on what area.

I was born and raised here. I'm from South Orange County. Nice place, I cannot complain, I had the privilege to live in a nice area and go to really good schools. My high school was amongst the top 100 in the nation according to it's API score, but like it's been stated before, it is expensive.

I have had the privilege of interviewing in newport and love it there, had a client of the company I used to work for like 1/2 mile away from where I may possibly be working and someday if I could I would move there. lol, hahaha if I won the lottery.

This is exactly what I would say. However, I live about 60 miles north now, and miss life in south Orange County.
