Hell, I'll help you. You do already have the flexplate (instead of flywheel), tranny and any cables necessary for the swap?

Why 200R4? Shouldn't you be swapping to a 4l60?

Do you have a new ECU or will you be flashing yours with a BIN from an automatic?

Its an m6 right know so the computer does not see any input from the tranny. the 200r4 is more reliable for higher hp than the electric?

I Just want my turbo kit installed and the 200r4 transmission. Who ever does the work for me can keep the t56 tranny, stock fly wheel, converter, pedals, shifter, bmr torque arm, and all the things I dont need on an automatic.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the 200R4 was mounted to V6 cars and 700R4's were the ones mounted behind V8s. The 4L60E was the computer controlled version of the 700R4.

I also forgot that you will also need a kickdown cable if you dont already have one. I have one or two laying round the garage if you need one.

I would help out with the swap, but don't know what all is involved. I have done work with the t56, th400, 4l60e and 4l80e on f bodies. Never seen the 200r4 to see how hard of a swap it is. Are you going to manually shift it. The grand national turbos use them so they must hold some good power. May need a new driveshaft also.

True. I know the driveshafts are the same length between 3rd and 4th gens so no problems switching between 700R4s and 4L60Es. I wonder if the length of the 200R4 is the same, as well as the output shaft spline.

Agreed...

Also the 200 is one hell of a trans. It is very strong and reliable. I agree with the swap.

Also a throttle body from a 93 with the extra nub to hook the kickdown cable to.
