2 7mm bolts remove the dash piece around the cluster...
The plastic lens pops off easily (just has 4 tabe holding it in place)...
Pull your needle off, turn the car on put it in drive and then push the needle back on but at the zero position...
I had to do this before, had a friend pace me afterwards and it was spot on.
This is assuming your car does NOT have different gears, or programming. Just that something happened causing the needle to be off (could have gotten stuck once, previous owner could have messed it up with installing/removing overlays, etc...)

Same here. After gears I been off 11 on the speedometer. I did the same thing w/ my friend in the freeway. I'm just going to wait for my cam install and tune it. I been use to it for almost a year.
