It's also making the site run a lil funny. The back button doesn't do anything after like the 4-5 time. Then you have to refresh to get it to do anything.
Bet the mods are trying to figure it out right now.

Nope this is the new look of the site fellas. It will stay like this indeffinately if not get worse. It is under new ownership. Just found out in the help section.
Also all the pop-ups are a new added feature. The new owners could give a crap about the site, the ads generate $100K+ a year in revenue, because of the member count. Most of the sponsors will probably bail too. As they have been cast aside.
