Like the title says. Ive looked high and low. So do any of you know where i can find a spas 12 for sale in CA?

and for those of you who what to know what a Spas 12 is.

So someone please point me in the right direction. I wanted to get an AR15, but only ones i can find are the top mount no clip 10 rounds. and its illegal to have the magazine fed ones.

I could have sworn it was illegal in CA due to the pistol grip w/ collapsible stock, but I'm not versed in those laws so I could be wrong.

Ya sporting purpose works too, but Special sounds better.
And im pretty sure its legal here in CA, because its not magazine feed, and only has a limit to 8 shells. And if the Benelli M2/M3's are legal so idk why the Spas wouldn't be.

It's funny you mention the Benelli's b/c that's what I was looking at when I was given that info. I saw one and thought "I gotta get that".

It was about 5 yrs. ago, so things could have changed or I could be misquoting. I was told it could have one or the other, but not both. Hopefully I'm wrong or it's changed.

Ya. well from what ive herd, since the T100 is in control, the weapons ban has gone down some. we still cant have AK47's, but its more lenient than before. I think M14's were illegal, but you can buy those anywhere now. 10 .308 rounds, semi-auto, 20 in barrel. whats not to love. i just dont have the 2g's to pay for it.

You can have a pistol grip on a shotgun in ca as long as it has an 18" barrel and an over all length of 28".
