Default Anyone have an Enhanced Scanner?

Does anyone have a scanner such as Autotap w/ GM enhanced parameters?
I need something that can read real time data, sensor voltage, etc
I want to track down a stumble in my 97 SS, and find out if any sensors are bad. Thanks.

Cool, I'll call you if I don't get a chance to use Xavier's scanner.

I was suspecting the TPS sensor, Coil, or the EGR. I took off the vacuum line to the EGR and took it for a test run, and the stumble disappeared. Now I have to find a new EGR valve.
