Default Engine Builders in SoCal

So does anyone know of a good engine building/ machine shop somewhere close to Chino? There are so many out there, I don't want to call up every little place and talk their ears off.

I'm looking to do a 350 SBC nothing too crazy (not a LSx this time). I just want a shop that builds a tight engine, uses torque plates, and reasonable prices.

Give WCCH a shout. Richard does the heads and works with a guy named Rex who does their motor builds. They are in Reseda.

You can also reach Rex by PM - jetmann

If WCCH uses them they are probably really really good.

rex doesnt use tq plates..... A&A use to use rex but they wouldnt stop burning oil, NRC does good work but expect to pay 2-3times what you would a a normal shop. NRC re-did the bearing and rings in my motor no balancing or machining required and cost me a little over 1k.

Give CMS a Call, they can get you what ever you need. Ryne has his 434 LS2 in his GTO. currently the quickest 6sp GTO in the country 10.1 with a slipping clutch.
