Go to Dyno Don in orange, he did mine a little over two years ago. It was $80 back then but now i think he charges $100.

If you want to Tig weld it, or a Turbo/Heads cam etc. call FSR at (909)593-2200.
Or if you want it miged they do that too. They did mine. Great work, and fast. If there busy (always swamped with fixing other shops screw ups) PM me i have more names.

I went to some shop by my house in La Puente I paid I think like $40 to get them welded.

Bring the car down to us, or give us a call and we will see what we can do for you.

You guys also have to realize that it is easier for us or any other shop to give customers "deals" on labor or parts when they are a repeat customer or part of a larger job.
