Default Just found out my 4th gear sliders are fucked!

All started to happen when I was driving to school today.

I came up to a light and was going to go from 4th gear to neutral.
4th gear would not budge. I jammed the **** out of it and it went into neutral, but it ground like a mother.

As I was coming home from school today, it did the same thing. I could get it out, but I knew this wasn't good.

Hopped on the trusty LS1Tech and looked in the manual trans section. Figured out that it is the slider keys.

God damn it!!!!!
Just gonna get the headers and the true duals and this **** has to happen.
I only have 15,1xx miles on the car.

Does anyone know any place that will do this fairly cheap?
I am looking at the billet 3-4 slider keys from sixspeeds, inc.

Get out of the car and rock the car back and fourth a few times and sometimes it will come out of gear. Happens sometimes to me when road racing. Otherwise works fine.

Another way to possibly avoid this is get it out of gear before you come to a stop.

I got it out of gear.

Just it gets stuck then I have to jam that thing out.
Thank god I have money from the nitrous kit and the exhaust. Otherwise I would be really screwed.

hit up slowpoke and stroker, they can get you a top notch rebuild for a fair price. Lee "slowpoke" built Sommer86 and 6litereater's built trans for them
