ws6 sway bar???
would i notice a difference in the handling of my car if i bought a ws6 front sway bar? i already have poly bushings and endlinks for the factory front sway bar. also i already have a bigger bmr rear sway bar with the poly bushings and endlinks.

a bit more stability from your 30mm. see here your difference is 2mm but it makes a difference. what you would probably notice is a bit more stability on the freeway.
should you do it? I think you would spend your money on a 35mm... that'll make a huge difference unless you are getting the ws6 (32mm) real cheap

If you are going to get a 35mm front I'd recommend a 22mm rear to complement it.
P.S. If you go to the drag strip, I'd recommend disconnecting the front swaybar when you can get your runs in, and reconnect it soon after.
Strip: Huge solid rear bar, small or NO front bar
Street: Swaybars required front and rear.
AutoX: Balance. 32/19 (WS6/1LE front, stock rear) or 35/22 both hollow
Also, despite what people say about poly bushings squeaking, I'd recommend getting them for the swaybars and endlinks. Sometimes it squeaks if my car has been sitting in the heat for 8+ hours but it goes away real soon (less than a minute). I greased em real good before install. Way over 6k miles on em so far.
