Default Slow *** Windows

so im sure im not the only one with windows that roll up rediculously slow. i was wondering if anyone here lives in tha bay area and would fix my windows for less then 350 ****** bucks that these wack *** mexicans are tryna charge me ahah. any1 willin to do it for less than that??? id appreciate it. get back to me

$350 sounds about right. It's not a hard job, it's just time consuming. Your window motors are probably gonna go soon, it's an Fbody thing. The motors aren't pricey, you should just buckle down and do it some Saturday. Shame you're not closer, I need to do my passenger one soon.

just like brandotron said do it yourself...there's a lot of good writeup to walk you through it.
getting a friend to help would make it easier first time took about 3 hours, second time like lil over one since we knew were everthing was at and what tools to use.

ya it is not a hard job just do it i give it no more then two hours a window. I bet you could do them in under an hour honestly.

Does anyone else notcie that the passenger window is slower. Even though the drivers side is the one that is used the most?!

I did the Autotrix method, and pulled out the whole thing, took several hours.

Friday night, I did my drivers side using this method:

Started around 11PM, and was finished a little after 12AM. Including clean up and replacing a light bulb when I dropped my work light (after I burned my fore arm on the bulb). Much easier method.
