Looks like one of the retro sketches that the designers do to help sell the design to the company. Looks like they did that one off the actual LT1 T/A model.

ZexgX: Hotwheels actually made a car exactly like that. I had thre when i was a tike, raced them on my hotwheels track with a LOOP!!
