2002 Black WS.6
I am considering selling my 2002 Trans Am that has 70,3xx miles on it. It has ttops and leather interior.
The vehicle is in great condition and pretty stock under the hood; I did add an SLP lid though.
I did upgrade the stereo system. Stereo system includes Pioneer Premier 7800MP, two elemental designs 10 inch subs in stealthboxes, eD 6500 components...powered by and a Nine.1 and Nine.2x.
What's a reasonable asking price for the car?

I agree. $10,000 is very cheap. Even KBB, which is on the conservative side of F-body pricing, has a 'private party' value in the $11,000 - $12,000 area. The OP needs to offer more info on the car though, like if it is a 6 speed or A4, and if the car needs anything, like tires, brakes, a/c, clear title, etc... Many things can seriously affect the price.

sold my 02 TA with 58k with some mods (cam, exhaust, TT2s, other appearance stuff) for 14k a few months back on my first try. It only takes 1 person who wants what you are selling to get what you want. I would start at 14-15k obo (stress the obo) and work your way down if you need to.
