reasoning is its a 98, least desireable of the ls1s
its SGM (I personally love it) and most people hate it, I have sold 2 of them, tough sells
tan interior isnt a big draw either
Mods dont add any value
automatic (again personal preference) turns off 80% of prospective buyers on ls1tech
and lastly its a plain Z28, nothing besides color to make it rare
nice car, just telling you what you will realistically get not what you should list it at, start around $8k
and what does my car have to do with anything??

You assume that because its low production I expect big bucks out of it. I wasnt the one who mentioned anything about "rareness."
I know these cars arent worth much today, but your reply of 6500 with no explanation wasnt helpful. Besides I ran into your for sale thread, and It seems like rareness determined your asking price.

I have been looking at cars on this site for 7 years now, search the classifieds and show me how many ws6 hardtop Formulas you will find vs SGM cars............
originality and condition determined my asking price, plus a ws6 will always be more $$$$ than a z28

Similarly to yours for a possible price comparison...a local large dealership took a RED Hardtop 99 Z28 in on trade. SS hood and spoiler. Black Zr1s, Lid, longtubes and Borla. LCA and PHB is all i could see suspesion wise. The car was a one owner (I pulled car fax) and had 40,200 miles. It sat on there lot for $6900 and never sold. They finally took it to auction.
