1997 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 SS
I am needing some direction.
I purchased a 1997 Camaro z-28 ss at an auction. Typically, I know what to do but here is the issued.
It is brand new. It has 1524 miles on it. It smells brand new when you open the doors. I found the original mats, in the back still in the plastic. I found the original temp tag. I changed all fluids just in case. She is red I am NOT kidding on condition. It has been in controlled storage all this time.
I purchased it for an investment, now I am not sure where to sell it..
Does anyone have any ideas or anyone that would be interested.
I am in Oklahoma. I have thought of Barrett Jackson in Arizona or Vegas next year but I would like to get it out of the garage sooner if possible.
Let me know.

WOW!! I see nice price appreciation over the years but not right now. The key is storage and costs of the storage. It adds up but if you have a free space, I would say keep the car.
Having said that and you still want to sell, I would steer away from the big auction houses due to high commissions and related costs getting the car there. We are not talking about a car that will fetch enough money to offset those costs. The simplest venues, such as ebay, and Autotrader may work for you. Yes, both sites can suck at times with tire kickers and juveniles, but serious buyers look there every single day. I have sold some nice collector cars for my neighbor and fellow car club members on ebay over the years, to all parts of the world as well. I believe you can get the price you want but patience will be key.
** By the way, appraisals are generally worthless in the real world of selling. Good for insurance purposes but that's about it. Appraisals are often too high and done that way to appease the person paying for it. I've seen crazy appraisals that value cars (and other things like boats and jewelry) just silly and unrealistic. The prices are rarely fetched at sales time.
